It is a lovely spacious studio apartment with a nice outside area, with a nice outside area. It is well situated within walking distance of some good places to eat. The V&A and boulevard are a stones throw away and also to get into central Cape Town is very close. There is also security who are very friendly.

立地、治安がとても良かったです。
セキュリティがしっかりしていて、安心して泊まれました。歩いて1分くらいの場所にカフェ、レストラン、スーパーがあり便利です。お部屋が広く、大きな冷蔵庫と洗濯機がついてるのは便利でした。スタッフがとにかく親切です。セキュリティの方をはじめ、オーナーさんなどたくさんの方にお世話になりました。
冷房がなかったこと。朝、晩は気温が下がるので暑さは感じませんでしたが、私の行った時期は1月で日差しが強く33℃になる日もあったので日中ホテルにいるときは暑さを感じました。
