The village is lovely and quirky with a fantastic fisherman vibe. Swimming in the pebble cove and watching boats and rowers frequenting it was fun when we kept it local. Great views from up on the banks. Kynance cove & Lizard point are short drives. Three bedroom property was spacious with an amazing coffee table view of the boats.
If you have mobility issues, I’d be wary. Parking at the property is very narrow, not guaranteed and very competitive. Affordable village parking up a steep climb nearby offers relief. My gout foot didn’t enjoy the climb :)
Can’t really falter the property - it is expectedly aged but cared for….a second couch squeezed in the lounge (if possible) would be a great addition.

Shared parking was a little frustrating but with alternatives was easily sorted

very clean and tidy everything you needed great kitchen bottle of wine, milk and teabags and coffee, great view of beach and see and only 100m to the sea, well position and parking outside, would defo stay here again

Good location, lovely little fishing village, fabulous pub just around the corner ( fantastic food)
Good communication with the host before arrival.
Parking is a little tight, but you can park up in the village in the local car park, which is good.
Damp smell on entering the property could do with a freshen up and a good decoration as it's feels like a very tired rental with no personal touches.
It would benefit from new curtains bedding & towels in all bedrooms.
Storage heaters are very old and rusty
May be even a smart TV would be good too.
