Номер, дуже комфортний! Персонал, вічливий. Будь - яке питання або прохання вирішувалося швидко і з посмішкою. Дякую за такий рівень сервісу!

I was traveling by bicycle so location matters; I want to be near grocery shops, places to eat, ATM machines, etc. This place was the perfect location for this town. In addition, one of the three staff members I dealt with was awesome. With Google Translate and a drawing, I explained to the staff that I had left my charger (for my USB-A and USB-C devices) at my last hotel. This employee, after understanding that I wanted to buy a replacement, lead me outside and up the street 50 feet to a shop that had what I needed. Thanks!
I read an online review that the hotel did not provide the "free breakfast" that is promised, but instead would hand you a paper bag with some non-perishable items in it. That's exactly what happened. The two staff members behind the counter didn't really impress me either; the property was dead, yet my arrival seemed an inconvenience.
