nothing alarming but overall value for money below expectations
very clean location central large living area with pleasant open kitchen
key pick up from box on floor on pavement across street had to make my own bed from bag with pile of clean sheets (given price of property would have expected a made up bed) smell of stale smoke (a shame spoilt the very clean state) limited natural light

Disappointing
The location and proximity to the city center is really nice.
Tge company that care about the rental are abusing with your confidence. They ask you to pay more than 90 € for the cleaning team but apparently that team is just wind! When I arrived there is already a bad smell in the kitchen and when I have opened the dishwasher door I could find rests of noddles inside...to vomit! They also say that they change the under green bedding protection on the matress and pillows for the hygiene but these protections are crumpled and holed, it means not changed from a certain time? I won't recommend at all!

L'emplacement, la climatisation ( dommage qu'il n'y en avait pas dans les chambres ) La réactivité du personnel.
Le ménage n'était clairement pas fait... le sol en 5 min nos pied était noir noir, table pas lavé, casserole rouiller, 2 tasses à café et 3 petite cuillère seulement. Pas de congélateur ni freezer très contraignant en cette période. Poignée des porte cassé. Réseaux instable. Poubelle cassé ...Rideau salle couettes salles ( taches suspectes ) Chaussette sale oubliée dans le canapé... bref... hygiène déplorable.

Purtroppo la pulizia non è il punto forte...letti e pavimenti pieni di capelli! Anche la manutenzione lascia a desiderare: serratura d'ingresso davvero poco funzionale, lenzuola strappate e lavabo che gocciola continuamente....basterebbe davvero poco per migliorare
