Easy to collect the key and use the car barrier remote control. There was a bit of confusion about where to find the remote control. The instructions said it was in the apartment, whereas it was on the key ring, which is a very good solution, since one can open the barrier without going up to the apartment.
I liked everything. For me, the drawback was the water pressure in the shower - it was too weak to have a good shower. For my friend, it was the noise from the busy road from 5 or 6 a.m. (I was wearing earplugs - they could be recommended to everyone).
A couple of things to warn tourists about: to bring your own adaptor for the electricity outlet, to be aware that water in the shower may have to be warmed for 30 mins to 1 hor for two people, depending on weather conditions.

Comfortable and bright apartment, well equipped with facilities. Excellent view from the windows.
Construction noises from neighboring apartments though occasional but was very inconvenient.
