Great staff, big room, comfortable beds, and two desks, really liked it!

No refrigerator and we could not use the kitchen or laundry room

La cama era cómoda, la habitación tenía buen mobiliario, la ubicación está genial.

La poca iluminación natural de la habitación porque daba a un patio interior y que no tiene nevera. La limpieza de la habitación no sé exactamente cada cuando la hacen, yo tuve que preguntar por esto al tercer día.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although they did not speak English, we were able to communicate without any major issues. The location is excellent, and the room was very clean.

It's important to keep in mind that this is a student dormitory rather than a traditional hotel. One night I was woken up at 2 a.m. by students shouting in the hallway. On another day, the university held a large event, and loud music continued until midnight, causing the furniture in the room to vibrate. I understand that this was likely a graduation celebration or another important university event, but if such events are organized by the university, I believe guests should be informed about the possibility of noise in advance. Also, be aware that the room does not have a kitchen, and there isn't even a mug or cup available.

La vocación de servicio de la encargada de la limpieza Marimar, para hacerse cargo de un problema que le correspondía resolver a la persona de recepción que nos dio el ingreso y se retiró.

No he tenido Internet WiFi hasta las 23 hs del día de mi ingreso y gracias a Marimar. Llegué un viernes alrededor de las 15 hs. La persona que me recibió, nos alojó y se retiró y no había nadie para resolver un problema salvo la encargada de la limpieza.
