The room, it was clean and comfortable.
The staff in the front desk was very slow and also made us wait so much when we arrived. There were multiple people in the lounge waiting for them to give us a room, it's like she doesn't know what she's doing. There were a customer complaining at the moment. Also the water when we got there was smelly and sluggish.

Below lavatory was an inserted napkin. Didn't mind it already that time because I'm exhausted. I'm thinking it would be too much fuss. The Aircon was so bad. Just fan.
