A localização é excelente com vista excepcional pra praia das toninhas. O bairro muito tranquilo e organizado. Ar condicionado muito bom. Apartamento com todas comodidades.
O fogão só estava funcionando uma das bocas e o micro-ondas estava enferrujado por dentro. De resto tudo ótimo.
