A localização. A receptividade. O prédio. O entorno do prédio. A estação de metrô tem que andar uns minutinhos, mas nada demais.
Da máquina de lavar dentro do banheiro e um pouco de barulho da rua.

the apartment is well located, clean and a nice decoration. The negative points are that the air conditioning makes a lot of noise and does not really cool the apartment, the ceiling fan also makes noise so for sleeping it is not the best. I read a lot of good comments about the host of the apartment, personally there was no one to welcome me to explain the most necessary things to me. For departure, it's time to check out at 11:00 a.m. we don't even offer a solution to store your luggage if you have a flight in the afternoon or in the evening. it is very regrettable.
