I’ve been staying at Las Palmeras for 20 years as always - Great location, nice outdoor space, beautiful pool, good kitchen and equipment, nice to have a washing machine.
I wouldn’t pick this particular property again. The air con units inside are full of mould so we didn’t want to turn them on - could literally see the black inside them. The air con unit outside leaked continuously making half the balcony unusable. Despite asking for more towels the day after we arrived, they didn’t arrive for another 4 days. There are no basic cleaning supplies (washing up liquid, hand soap etc - these must be being bought by guests each time and yet they aren’t left for the next people). And lastly, the bed was SO uncomfortable. We actually ended up sleeping on the sofa bed which was marginally better, but honestly I wouldn’t return.
