very good service. Good location, very clean and the breakfast was good.

I liked how quiet and clean it was but also how informative things were on the walls

There was left over dog hair in the rooms that got on our socks and the shower door didn’t close all the way

The coffee/tea station, and shop were good. We liked the workspaces. Breakfast was decent. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. When we requested a different room due to the freeway noise, the staff accommodated us which was hugely appreciated.

1) Our initial room was on the freeway side and facing the oncoming traffic and the noise was awful, did not sleep. Thankfully they moved our room which we appreciated because we needed to stay for 3 more nights. But best to ask for a room on the non-freeway side. 2) We had to move our car due to parking lot resurfacing, and the staff were not well clued as to where else we could park, we got conflicting info from 3 different reception staff. The south side was full so we were instructed to park on the west side which clearly says "bike lane, no parking." Then were told to park in the lot of the nearby business next to the "authorised parking, towing enforced" sign. This should have been confirmed/approved with the nearby business ahead of time, and clearly communicated to customers. The signs in the lobby were not specific about this and also instructed to park on the west side which is "bike lane, no parking." It was a stressful night and morning, worrying that our car would be towed. 3) The air-conditioning in the fitness center was broken and apparently had not been fixed for a while. Prepare for a workout in 90-degree temps.
