Great location, reasonable facilities, shame about the spa
The location was great. Near the ski school meet point, easy access to slopes, near supermarket/ restaurant/ ski hire. It was generally clean and well enough equipped to make easy meals. Nice balcony.
The check-in process was not communicated- I thought the confirmation codes would give access or someone would meet us as submitted check-in time request which was accepted. We were left stood outside in -10 with 3 children and luggage. No one answered messages or the phone number given. Eventually someone phoned back and said we had to pick up keys from a hotel 5/10 min walk away- and were very non plussed when I told them what happened. The apartment only had 3 comfy seats in the lounge and a couple of stools (for 6 but states max 8). The bathroom layout is odd. The spa was a big selling point for us. Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working, the hot tub and relaxation area were cold

Great apartment will definitely return
Location great, lovely apartment, modern, spacious, log fire, garage, ski store, well equip and great view onto slope from 2 balconies!! Anova hotel very friendly and helpful and great place for a drink on the terrace after skiing.
Everything about apartment was great only slight issue was that we could not pick keys up from Anova Hotel until 4pm which was a pain as we arrived in resort for 12. That said Anova were great and picked us and luggage up from apartment and took us back to hotel where they stored the luggage until keys available.
