Lokalizacja super. Bliskość metra. Parking podziemny. Fajny układ mieszkania i funkcjonalność wyposażenia. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie.
Mieszkanie do odświeżenia. Zwłaszcza poplamione ściany. Średnio wysprzątane - w kanapie dużo okruszków. Nie dostaliśmy prześcieradła na jedno łóżko. Koce nie wyprane.

Dobra lokalizacja tuż przy stacji metra M1. Nowy budynek z udogodnieniami. Mieszkanie czyste, przestrzenne i wygodne. Na pochwałę zasługuje łazienka i kuchnia. Czysto, wszystko działa tak jak powinno. Atutem jest również miejsce parkingowe w garażu.
Kanapa rozkładana w pokoju z biurkiem mogłaby być zamieniona na łóżko lub nieco bardziej wygodna opcje do spania. Obecny mebel niezbyt nadaje się do spania.

Apartament ogólnie ok, trochę przydało by się go dosprzątać i odświerzyć. Lokalizacyjnie fajnie bo przy samym metrze M1 Wierzbno i nie trzeba ruszać auta.
Apartament typ 100% IKEA, raczej dla 3 osób a nie 4, kanapa w pokoiku na 1 osobę i ktoś musiał spać na kanapie w salonie. Brak informacji: - o haśle do WIFI, - gdzie są kubły na śmieci
