Location and pub were fantastic
Unclear about breakfast. Not sure if I was supposed to order the night before or if they're not doing breakfast during the summer.

Great location in the centre of Åre. Good price compared other options in the area. Helpful staff allowed me to check in early as I arrived on an early train. Great view and useful balcony. Coffee machine on the landing, although I needed to refill it with water twice and empty the grounds.
Would be better with a wash-basin in the room, even just a large jug of water and a wash bowl. The Chromecast was faulty. I fixed it and it worked for a while but kept losing it's configuration. These old devices are pretty much obsolete now. No lounge or common areas - the weather was bad and I had to spend a lot of time in my room.

Great place. Comfortable, clean and convenient. Id highly recommend visiting the resturant/bar on the ground level. Great food, drinks and atmosphere

Very close to the station, and the host also allows early arrival to keep guest luggage and to use shower facility and the coffee machine.
The noise from the bar after hours until past midnight, especially on a Saturday nigh.
