Wonderful stay at Apartments Rosa

We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Rosa. The apartment was very comfortable, with high ceilings and fantastic furnishings. The spacious terrace offered stunning views of the sea and the surrounding olive grove — truly a perfect place to relax. The garden was beautiful and well maintained. We appreciated also labeled parking for each apartment. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Wonderful vacation home with beautiful views

Everything was awesome. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped and offers everything you may need for a comfortable vacation. The balcony has beautiful and serene views over olive groves and the Adriatic Sea. you can’t go wrong with this vacation home!

Unfortunately, the WiFi is unreliable. Just something to keep in mind if you have to do work which requires reliable WiFi access.

Pierwszy raz Chorwacji, wspaniałe wakacje, wspaniałe miejsce!!!

Duże i przestronne mieszkanie z dużym tarasem, własne miejsce parkingowe. Mieszkanie czyste i schludne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne na co dzień. Gospodarze wspaniali, bardzo pomocni. Okolica cicha i spokojna bez dokuczliwego sąsiedztwa, wygodne dojście do piaszczystej plaży. Kilka minut jazdy samochodem po zakupy do marketów w Umag.

Drobiazgi które spokojnie można pominąć.

Außergewöhnlich nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter der sehr schönen und voll ausgestatteten Appartements. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit Kinderspielplatz und Grillgelegenheit im Garten. In diesem Haus fehlt es einem an nichts, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert mit Kindern.

poměr ceny ubytování a jeho kvality velmiu dobrý

Lokalita byla klidná, u apartmánu bylo velmi dobré zázemí pro děti (na zahradě trampolína, velká a malá skluzavka, pískoviště, houpačky, balóny na hraní). Majitelé byli velmi vstřícní a komunikativní. Kuchyně byla velmi dobře vybavená, v místnostech dostatek věšáků, háčků. Ve všech oknech byly sítě, takže počet komárů byl minimální :-). Obývací prostor měl dostatek židlí.

Bylo by fajn, kdyby měl apartmán dvě wc (je zde jen jedno wc - mimo koupelnu). Kdyby bylo teplejší počasí, byla by vhodná klimatizace i v dalších místnostech (klimatizace je pouze v obývacím pokoji nad dveřmi na terasu).

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Czystość obiektu. Zadaszony parking. Cisza w obiekcie. Spokojna okolica. Blisko do plaży. Internet wi-fi w obiekcie. Widok na morze z balkonu.

Maximální spokojenost

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Pokoj byl čistý, velký, kuchyňský kout plně vybavený. Pokud jsme něco potřebovali, bylo nám ihned s úsměvem vyhověno. Musím vyzdvihnout velmi pohodlné matrace. Opravdu klidné místo, cca 15 minut na pláž. Malý obchůdek cestou, ale lepší nakupovat v Umagu😉. Krásná dovolená, není co vytknout a ještě jednou velmi děkujeme.
