Great for cyclists, value for money, great food and accommodation.

The couple who run the hotel were really friendly and very accommodating. We ate in their restaurant in the evening, it’s a set menu and was delicious and great value for money. We were cycle touring and they had great bike storage facilities inside.

Lovely 2 night break at Hotel du France

The management were friendly, helpful and really nice and caring when my partner didn't feel well in the evening ! Lovely hotel and good location! Parking in front of hotel in square, was useful! Although, on market day be careful they close square to clean between 1 and 3pm. Lovely boulangerie almost next door and good bar around the corner.

Bit Further to beach than anticipated 1.4 km uphill (steep) and downhill on a rainy day. lol It was winter and not many restaurants open in evening ( Lunchtime no probs.), obs not hotels fault and hotel has restaurant with limited choice but beautifully cooked food.

très bel accueil, l'hotel est charmant et très propre. parking très proche ( la rue à traverser). le petit déjeuner est extra. il y a même une machine pour faire son propre jus d'orange , la confiture est faite maison!

Alles hervorragend: Gastgeber, Frühstück, Abendessen und Zimmer

Hervorragendes Hotel - deutlich besser als viele sehr gut bewertete 4-Sterne Hotels. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendmenü war an allen 4 Tagen hervorragend. Und auch das Frühstück war top. (Mit besten selbstgemachten Marmeladen). Gute Lage mit öffentlichem Parkplatz auf gegenüber liegendem Marktplatz. Kleiner Hof in dem sogar Maracuja wachsen.

Dass wir nur 4 Tage dort waren.

Un très bon accueil du couple qui tient cet établissement… tout était parfait , notre seul regret ne pas avoir dîner le soir pour le repas qu’il proposait…merci et j’ajoute que le rapport qualité prix est parfait !

Freundliches kleines Stadthotel

Die freundliche Aufnahme durch die Frau des Hauses. Sie gab uns gleich bei Ankuft Tips über Wanderwege, Strände und Märkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir haben aufgrund anderer Bewertungen gleich die Halbpension gebucht. Das hat sich auf jedenfall gelohnt, der Hausherr kocht wirklich vorzüglich.

Das Bett war für uns etwas klein und sehr hart.

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort, am Markt neben der Kirche. Charmante Anlage mit Innenhof, Hinterhaus und sauberer Remise für die Fahrräder. Ansprechendes Design. Zimmer hell, freundlich, komfortabel. Kontakt zu den Betreibern ausgesprochen freundlich und persönlich zugewandt - ein Highlight. Besonderes Merkmal: Auf Wunsch Halbpension. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, so gab es die Möglichkeit, selber Orangensaft zu pressen.

un hôtel comme on les aime, où l'on se sent comme à la maison, très joliement décoré, avec un très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires très à l'écoute des clients, très attentifs a ce que tout se passe au mieux, le repas en Demi pension un régal, la chambre impeccable très agréable, en voyageuse solo ce qui est exceptionnel pour moi, je me suis sentie dans un cocon chaleureux bravo aux propriétaires vous avez créé un endroit où l'envie de revenir reste à l'esprit, très bon rapport qualité prix j'y reviendrai avec plaisir, des hôtels avec un esprit de pension de famille sont rares de nos jours 😁
