Harmonia Palace - Historic Residence

This is a very nice complex with individual apartments. The apartment was very clean, spacious and modern, a great shower and a very comfy bed. Having parking is a real bonus in a busy city. The location is great right next to the Museum which is also really worth a visit.

You have to ensure you return with your car before 9pm or else the gate is locked until 9am the following morning. Foot traffic can enter/exit after those hours, but not cars.

The host was very friendly and gave us tips and recommendations for our stay. The place was at a great location and we loved the historic property we stayed in, well preserved and beautiful.

Very spacious apartment in a historic building with a central courtyard. Great location for public transport which is excellent and free for over 65s. A park and museum next door. In a busy city it felt like an oasis.

Extremely unsafe stay — serious security breach and no apology I booked this property via Booking.com and stayed with two other female friends. We had a terrifying experience that ruined our trip. Around 11 PM, a male guest from the next room opened our door with his key card and almost walked inside. He immediately apologized, but we were three girls alone and were severely frightened. We couldn’t sleep at all and felt unsafe for the rest of the night. This happened because staff gave the wrong key card to the wrong guest. Shockingly, the management already knew about the mistake but never contacted us to explain or apologize. We had to go to the front desk to ask what happened. Safety is the bottom line for any accommodation. This serious security failure and lack of responsibility are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially solo travelers or female groups.
