Snídaně formou rautu skvělé, domácí koláče, strava, kde si každý něco dobrého najde, sladké i slané, spoustu možností. Komunikace rodiny, která hotel vlastní, byla úžasná, nic není problém, všechno zařídí. Po cestě jsme měli nějaké obtíže v dopravě, a dojeli jsme po 22:00, a paní byla velmi příjemná, komunikativní a ještě nám natočila pivo. Wellness se aurou velmi krásný, čistý, byli jsme tam sami. Nádherný zážitek v rámci celého pobytu.

Very good location — just a 3-minute walk from the gondola and the ski bus stop, which is the main advantage of this place. Everything was clean and well maintained. Daily housekeeping, a spacious and bright room. Polite staff.
The staff have a rather limited command of English, and the location seems to cater mainly to German-speaking guests. Comfort leaves something to be desired. The room felt very stuffy and hot, and it wasn’t possible to tilt the window open — it had to be opened fully. The toilet and bathroom were separate, with no sink in the toilet. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the beds only moderately comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and clearly prepared on a budget.
