El trato del personal. La ubicación. El desayuno es básico pero bueno.

Tiene unas instalaciones bastante justas.

La atención tanto en recepción como en la cafetería.

Todas las personas del hotel, y el restaurante, han sido muy agradables y atentas.

No había enchufe al lado de la cama.

The WiFi connection was terrible, the building is very noisy I could hear everything from the other rooms, I was expecting a doble room as I booked but they gave me a twin accommodation, they say there were no more doble bed as there are only two rooms like that, I understand that but they should notify in advance, staff is friendly and helpful. There wasn't air conditioning available due to it is controlled by the staff, they said it was cold but I experienced a bit of hot, moreover the restaurant service is quite ok, breakfast included but only the Spanish option, it seems quite impossible to ask for an American breakfast.
