The staff were nice and courteous, from the reception to the breakfast buffet. The breakfast options are good. The sauna is nice.

The rooms, expecially the walls were dirty. The rooms that we were initially assigned smelled of sewage. The staff changed our room. No toiletries expect hand soap, toilet paper and shower gel were provided which seems strange for a 4 star hotel. One of the rooms did not have shower gel at check in. The fire alarm went off at 0100 am and was attributed to a sensor error. Gym is of low quality with broken machines.

Nice and quiet location just outside the city center.

The location was just outside busy and crowded Paris. Breakfast was good. Parking in front of the hotel.

2 elevators needed to go to the rooms. The shower changed from hot to warm. No constant temperature.

Hotel is nice, a bit isolated, in a very green area, which we liked. Breakfast was very good. Bus station at the street in front, with easy connection to Paris centre.

Hotel 15 min away from Versalles

Very good breakfast. Free sauna was great facility to use after the long walking day. Hotel staff did their best to accommodate our request for the rooms next to each other.

No shower cap and vanity kit in the room.

Great time during our stay, very pleasant!

Location very quiet and chilled for summer time, restaurant on site with very good dishes, non stop staff available at reception, rooms with AC, many gardens to sit around the hotel, free parking on site, spacious and clean room.

Peaceful hidden gem close to Paris downtown

Great location. Only 20 minutes by car from Versailles and 30 minutes by Uber from Eiffel Tour. Lovely restaurant and delicious breakfast. Friendly staff.

Booked her on the 29th june for 2 days booked two rooms for me and my wife and my friend and hes wife Paid for my room on arrival Checked out on departure day When I arrived they took a deposit that has still not be returned nearly a month onwards Then took a additional 170£ out of my card as there was another guest who was on a separate booking was nothing to do with me at all the staff just seen us interacting the supposed guess had not paid hes bar tab so they took over three hundred pounds from my card in total apsalute rip off !!! Tried explaining to the hotel called noumeras times they kept saying the manager is not in they will call u then cut me off disgrace will never be staying here again ans will be leaving other reviews

Great place for a short stay in Paris

The room was nice and clean, and it had everything we needed for a five-day stay in Paris. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions in Paris, but because of that, it offers you a quiet good night's sleep with no disturbances. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent; the food was tasty, and you had different options to choose from. There is also a nice restaurant that you can visit for your dinner plans.

The check-in is at 3 pm, which is a bit late when you have an early morning flight. But they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel while waiting for the rooms to be ready. The location is a bit far from all the tourist attractions, but we knew this when we made the reservations. There are options for public transport close by, but we opted for Bolt and Uber. Depending on the time of the day, it took us 20 to 40 mins to get to the centre.

1. The room is of a good size with family members 2. Beds are comfortable 3. Room gets cleaned when asked

1. Broken bath room titles 2. Water gets clogged at toilet 3. If you are having a room at the exit room the door is terrible, it doesn't open properly cause the press button for the magnet doest get demagnetize and you keep trying till the door get demagnetized.
