The beds and pillows are so comfortable! The rooms are small and walls thin, but there is aircon and it is clean and feels personal and cozy. The staff super friendly and supportive. The pool area and the gym are well equipped and there is a comfortable ambiance everywhere.
The gym should be air conditioned. Also, the property as well as the rooms are only accessible by some quite steep stairs. If you have big luggage or struggle with steps this might not be the place for you.

The hotel feels new so everything looks nice and clean and in good repair. The staff are mostly friendly and happy to help. The pool is modest but clean and in good repair. The breakfast was good with hot options.
I was disappointed by the lack of air conditioning. Ibiza is sweltering in summer and neither my room nor the gym had air conditioning. There was an air conditioning machine in my room which I repeatedly asked for help with and despite being told several times that someone would be sent it was never resolved. The hotel is up on a hill and the entrance is difficult to pull heavy cases up to with no assistance. There is little to no parking.
