San Giovanni Beach Resort and Suites

Very clean inside the hotel & around the pool area; very friendly staff; sufficient sunbeds for the guests; breakfast at the pool bar is gorgeous.

Everything ok. Maybe the only thing to improve is the breakfast variety.

Everything was perfect. Great room, sparkling clean, well equipped, well thought out, nicely decorated. The staff were very kind and helpful, the pool and the bar were great, the location also. The beach in front of the hotel is narrow and pebbly, but the water is fantastic, even though there are some rocks when you enter and it gets deep quite quickly. That was not a problem for us and we loved the wonderfully turquoise and clear water. It’s very calm in the morning, but it gets windy in the afternoon. Overall, the hotel was a great choice for us and it will be the first on our list when we go back to Lefkada.

Staff were helpful,giving out towels for the pool plus umbrellas if you want to go to the beach. Breakfast was good with variety. Fofo at breakfast was the absolute best. She makes amazing coffee and loukoumades and in general was the highlight of our stay there. She gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and different places to visit! The beach in front of the hotel is not great for swimming since it has huge rocks in it but you can enjoy an amazing sunset at the end of the day!!!

Hotel and the beach doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Beach was rough and windy and it’s mostly for kite surfing and windsurfing. The towel rack in the bathroom fell the moment we placed a towel on it. Kids were all day at the pool screaming making sure no one else was able to have a good time by the pool at all times and no one was doing anything about it. And we got scolded by Eirini because we got in the pool 2 minutes before 8pm one night that was the only time that kids were not screaming and running around.
