I’ll definitely comeback and stay there because now I know how to get the information and get rid of other objects that it blocks me.
Here is my opinion about this hotel.
1. Do not trust the staff. They don’t care about your interest. I had to send some letters using DHL and the staff told me I had to take a taxi to go 5 blocks from the hotel. Guess what, later night I was walking near by hotel, both left and right of one or half block distance, each one has a DHL office. Wasted my taxi fare of $230 peso. Do you think the staff didn’t know the DHL locations? I doubt it. I asked three staffs.
2. Local restaurants- I asked the staff that I wanted to eat taco and they insisted me to eat at their own restaurant which is not the real taco restaurant. Since I’m not familiar with the local area, I had to eat there first. Guess what, other travelers told me that less than half block which behind oxxo convenient store which is the famous taco restaurant in near by.
3. No Refrigerator in the room. So if you want your Coke Zero cold, you must buy from oxxo and drink right away before there is no ice machine nor refrigerator in your room or facility.
Other than that, this is a reasonable price hotel and they can speak English well.
