The property is located near Railway station and center of the city. this is good for the people who travels through train.
Staff are polite and good. The property maintained very clean.
The room is too small to accommodate 3 adults, good for only 2 people
The lunch is not good. Kumbakonam has lots of veg hotel option to visit, so no issues
The lighting is very poor. We can't open the curtain when someone is dressing. They may have to have bright lights near those mirrors and there are lots of LED options on these days.
The open parking is very small and would accommodate 4-5 cars. Not sure if they have a ground parking.

Location is good. Didn't have breakfast during this trip but had breakfast during previous stay. It was good.

For the price, substandard cleanliness, bathroom needing updates, doors were cracked, tile sealant worn out, towels and sheets were stained, floor in the room and bathroom were really dirty
