Luxury and friendliness all at once

Great hotel run by great people. The atmosphere is excellent. The staff is helpful and there's absolutely everything you need. The pool and wellness area are of high standards. Breakfast was excellent. Skiers have access to a ski room directly from the outside. There is large parking facilities at the front and at the back. Everything works smoothly.

Fantastic value for money! Cute rooms ans fantastic pool / wellness / spa area

Fantastic value for money! Rooms are cute and comfy, with balcony and amazing mountain views. The spa / pool / wellnes area is fantastic with an exceptional pool that includes some whirlpool functions. Be aware though, the pool is heated, but not as hot as a jacuzzi! The sauna(s) are very nice, clean and also design wise very beautiful. The shower experience is also fun. We particularly enjoyed the rest area with mountain view and sunbeds. Breakfast options were varied and service fantastic throughout. The skibus leaves approx 50m down the road. Definitely would recommend!

Pool / Spa / Wellness should be open a little longer than 20:30.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Wellnessbereich

Die kleine Ferienwohnung war stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte weitestgehend alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Wohnung wirklich außergewöhnlich sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon war toll! Der Wellnessbereich ist durchdacht und gemütlich, die Sauna groß genug.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich zum Teil sehr hellhörig, wir haben von den Nachbarn jedes Wort verstanden.

Wspaniałe, wygodne, zadbane miejsce z super obsługa.

Cudowny, kameralny, zadbany w każdym detalu obiekt pełen sympatycznych ludzi. Piękny i wygodny pokój z dużą łazienką (wzięliśmy pokój deluxe). Wygodne łóżko. Solidne śniadania (na słodko, słono i ze świetna kawą). Przemiła obsługa zawsze gotowa by pomóc gościom. Przyjemna i elegancka strefa wellness, ze strefą saun tylko dla doroslych. Parking dla gości jest zapewniony. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na góry a dzięki balkonowi można było na nim miło spędzać czas. Będę wspominać ten obiekt długo! Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, przy hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy a obok piekarnia i restauracje (z pysznym jedzeniem). Dzięki uczynności Recepcji, dostaliśmy kartę zniżkową do okolicznych restauracji oraz Guest Pass, który dawał zniżki na atrakcje i transport. Bywałam już w wielu hotelach na całym świecie ale tutaj czułam się jak w domu. Obym mogła kiedyś wrócić. Bardzo polecam!

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte die besten Tipps für die Wander- und MTB - Touren. Die inkludierte Fahrkarte für regionale Busse. Der Spa Bereich, sowie der Fitnessraum.

Die Tür vom Zimmer 114 wird vom Luftzug, wenn andere Türen geöffnet und geschlossen werden, sehr laut.

Hotel con tutti i comfort. A pochi passi dal centro di San Vigilio. Di fronte a 2 ristoranti convenzionati con l’hotel (sconto 10%). Tutto il personale è gentilissimo. Tutta l’area benessere è una chicca. La colazione è strepitosa. La camera accogliente e con tutti comfort. Curatissimo nei particolari. Davvero consigliatissimo!!
