Great locatiin. Close to the city centre and not far from the airport
It was a late check-in around 00:00 and the staff was expecting our family. The brrakfast is very good with a variety of food and drinks.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean, the place was quiet, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. I liked everything about the hotel and wonder why it only has 2 stars for such quality facilities and service.

The place was clean, the staff tried to be professional and polite
the carpark there is cringy and it’s too small as for the capacity of the hotel. Contortions to park in there.
The breakfast was absolutely terrible, sorry guys, but hardly was that even edible, please improve.
Some blokes talking loudly by my window at night whilst out for a gag was nuisance too.
The worst however was the matter of payment though. When I was scouring hotels in the area, I took the price as criterion for my choice. I’ve zeroed in on the hotel since it looked cozy and not far away at the price of 38 pounds which was a bit less to elsewhere. Hence my booking was made therefore. Upon arrival at the spot though, I was charged a different amount for my stay, which I commented to the hotel staff, having shown to them the booking com confirmation I had on my phone. The difference was huge but I find this a bit unprofessional and reprehensible too. The staff told me that this was due to my bank providers commission which I find a nonsense.I chose gbp as the currency and it was stated clearly that the prices would include all possible fees as conduced by it. As the booking com advised a 38 for my stay,?I believe that this should be the subtotal of what I’d be paying and the bang on that accurately as that’s the matter of trust for the booking as the provider. I don’t find clear not transparent about why it would yet be the hotel who adds on an extra discretionary fees on top of my agreement with the booking com and further to it, can’t explain why they’re even doing it in a rational way to me. That was a dodgy part
