- nahe an Pyhra (mit Naturteich zum schwimmen
- nähe St. Pölten
TIERE:
- Katzen und Kitten
- Kühe, Laufenten & Hasen
Nicht negativ, aber „good to know“:
- Man muss bedenken, dass dieser Bauernhof keine „Hobby-Farm“ ist. Die Familie verdient ihr Geld ua. mit der Milch der Kühe.
- kein eigener Balkon.

A working cow farm run by the lovely Büchinger family - discreet but extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. The self-catering apartment is on the first (top) floor, right above the family's own home. Stunning surroundings, ideal for walks and trekking. Away from it all, yet not far from great day-trip destinations if you're after some sightseeing (e.g. St. Pölten, Melk) and just over an hour's drive from Vienna.
There's nothing not to like!

Stunning property in an amazing location. Sadly we had to shorten our stay due to unavoidable car issues. The wonderful host has processed a partial refund even without being asked. So kind. Would definitely come back another time, with a working car!

A fully functional cow farm in the middle of nowhere, staff was very kind with us, we weren't made to feel like we were impeding on their work as we very thoroughly checked the animals and machines and "helped" with feeding. They even gave my child a ride in the tractor :) Room was spacious and clean, location quiet, you could smell the cows but nothing extra.
I would've liked a microwave in the room, location is not great if you want to go hiking to more popular places as the next main road that doesn't go to St Polten (B18) is about 25min away. Granted we knew that in advance.
