Location, Ahmed was friendly.

There were no curtains.

Le logement est très beau, et la déco vraiment chouette. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Il y a différents espaces, terrasse, chambres, alcove, canapés... La cuisine est tout équipée, il y'a de quoi cuisiner (épices, condiments, café, the, sucre, huile....) La terrasse/ jardinet est agréable et vert. Dans l'ensemble je recommande vraiment ce logement

La literie n'est pas extra, les matelas sont un peu durs, ainsi que les oreillers, les draps mériteraient d'être changés pour moins tachés La pompe à eau fait du bruit en se mettant en route, et la chambre côté jardin n'ayant que des volets mais pas de fenêtres, c'est un peu dérangeant. La piscine n'est pas du tout une piscine, c'est plutôt une très grande baignoire d'extérieur carrelée. Vide à notre arrivée, nous avons pu la remplir mais ce n'est pas vraiment ce que j'espérais, j'ai été déçue sur ce point.

شرح المكان اتقال انه فيلا عشان له مدخل لوحده و ده استديو لكن هو رووف في منزل مش فيلا خالص و كمان المنظر حواليه مش حلو خالص و كمان كقيمة مقابل سعر هو أغلى بكتير لاني شفت حاجات كتير في دهب كان سعرها احسن و بقيمة مساوية و اقل كتير و كانت على البحر مباشرة لكن هو بصراحة بعيد شوية و بليل المكان مظلم للغاية على رغم ان المكان في إضاءة لكن حواليه للأسف لا و منطقة سكنية شعبية للغاية مش سياحية خالص مناسب للحياة البسيطة مش مناسب لمحبي الرفاهية مش مجهز انه يكون ملائم لكل الوقت يعني النور بيكون في المكان من 5 صباحا و مفيش ستائر عشان النوم في اي وقت

Great location and great villa, every thing you need is within walking distance, pool is a perk, nice yard to stay outside relaxing in the shade after the day in the sun. Functional kitchen, so you can cook some food or snacks without having to get out.

We stayed at this villa last year and we liked it a lot, so we decided to come again this year. Unfortunately, the lady, who is managing this place, left while we were on the way to Dahab, so we never met her and had to address all our requests to Mr. Maged. The place looked neglected, the studio upstairs wasn’t cleaned for weeks, everything covered in dust and sand, AC wasn’t functioning, the little pool in the yard all turned green and nasty. It took the gardener lady good four days to clean it and fill it with water, so we couldn’t use it for the most of our stay. Also there were ants EVERYWHERE in the kitchen downstairs. We live in Egypt long enough to say that those ants only come when you poorly clean the kitchen after cooking or leave some food out. The coffee makers were left with the coffee in after use(maybe by previous guests), so they all got covered with mold. Kitchen towels were also very dirty, same is true for plates, pots and glasses - basically to use the kitchenette we had to clean it all by ourselves. We couldn’t check in upstairs because of AC and urgent cleaning until 10 PM, so we had plenty of time to clean the kitchen downstairs. We also asked the owner for a late check out as we were coming from different countries and had flights late at night. She assured us it is possible and we were willing to pay extra for this, but the day before the checkout I decided to confirm it and was informed that later checkout is not possible. So instead of enjoying our final day together we had to urgently search for another accommodation.
