Everything: the tranquility (it’s so peaceful); the setting; the location; the breakfast (all local organic produce, homemade bread and pastries by Gilles); the facilities (the pool is superb); the hosts (Gilles and Patricia are the most welcoming, warm and wonderful people); the ethos (everything is organic and green) - it’s a genuine paradise in the heart of France!

Patricia et Gilles sont des personnes très accueillantes et serviables, très discret, à la fois là et pas là.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la chambre était agréable et spacieuse. Il ne manque rien et la pièce pour se faire à manger est un vrai plus. Le must du séjour a été la tranquillité et le calme.

Adorable hosts who really put a lot of effort in making everything perfect (including great recommendations for the region). The breakfast is amazing (high quality local and bio products). The room was very comfortable, especially the bed and bedding (5 star hotel quality). The whole domaine on which the house and rooms stand is very beautiful and peaceful. The pool was perfect. It’s the best place to unwind and relax and overall amazing value for money.
Breakfast is only until 9.30am and the pool opens only 1.30-8pm. For our vacation schedule (sleeping in and using the pool at any time) this was an issue, but it’s only a small detail. Be aware that it’s in a remote area and you’ll need a car to go anywhere. Also be aware they don’t accept credit cards so you have to pay your stay in cash.
