I miles the service of the staff very kind and helpful.
The food at least for breakfast was good, lunch and dinner was another story, also the bar was about of mixers for cocktails and the room the air a was broken. They did offer us another room in another level but we rented 2 rooms and we will be far away from our daughters so it was not an option for us.

Very helpful staff
Very cold room no heating, had to ask for a mobile heater. Other hotels I stayed in the city had heating and were not as expensive as the Hilton. Also water out of the hot tap was not very warm for having a shower. Felt as though the hotel could do with upgrading.
