This is a set of 5 individual two-floors villas in a gated compound. They are placed beach-front, but take into consideration that you need to go down a 80-90 steps stair to reach the beach level. The villas themselves are quiet (if you ignore the music from the neighborhood). Rather quiet A/C in each room, Villas have their own parking space in the compound which is a privilege in the busy summer months.
These villas were very much a subject of envy in the '80, nevertheless, their current level of equipment and furnishment is functional, but quite outdated. Like a state owned company. 2 different bathrooms had issues with shower water leaking.
If you dont have your own umbrellas and sunbeds, you will be subject to rent them on the beach from the ones owned by the nearby hotels, at 20-30 eur per sunbed.
The selection of nearby restaurants (on walking distance) is rather limited.

- the proximity to the beach
- the ladies from maintenance were kind
- the rooms were clean
- The smell in the bathrooms and in the kitchen was more then unpleasant, not to say it was horror;
- The shower-cabins were in bad shape;
- Hot water did not run in more than 1 bathroom at the same time;
- The staff supervised the usage of the AC and questioned us why we turned it on.
