The location had all the promised facilities. The lady that greeted us was really nice and she was very helpful when we asked about where we could eat around. The villa was close to the beach, it had a nice playground for kids and plenty of shadow during lunch hours so the kids could stay out and play. Also, they cleaned everyday and changed towels every 2-3 days and bed sheets once every 4 days.
The first day we had a bit of trouble with one of the bathrooms (it smelled bad) so we had to ask them to clean it up again - which they did and the issue was solved. Also, we needed some cooking utensils that they did not have, so maybe they can add some more in the future.

- the proximity to the beach
- the ladies from maintenance were kind
- the rooms were clean
- The smell in the bathrooms and in the kitchen was more then unpleasant, not to say it was horror;
- The shower-cabins were in bad shape;
- Hot water did not run in more than 1 bathroom at the same time;
- The staff supervised the usage of the AC and questioned us why we turned it on.
