La signora Maria è un host eccezionale. sempre gentilissima. La vista dalle camere è molto bella e permette di ammirare splendidi tramonti su un bel terrazzino attrezzato con comode tavolo e sedie. La camera è semplice ma non manca nulla. Se si ha una auto piccola c'è un comodo parcheggio sotto la struttura. La cucina è ben equipaggiata per cucinare.
Il bagno è un pò semplice con tenda per fare la doccia, gli infissi sono un pò difficili da aprire.

La signora Maria davvero cortese. Ogni 2 giorni cambiava gli asciugamani, ogni 4 l’intera biancheria e ogni tanto ci faceva trovare un dolcetto fatto in casa in camera. Bellissimo anche il balconcino vista tramonto
Struttura molto basic e datata ma molto buono il rapporto prezzo. La parte peggiore dell’alloggio è stata il bagno. Come in tutta l’isola non si può gettare la carta del wc, mancava il bidet e anche il piatto doccia (doccia con tenda che allagava un po ovunque). Basterebbero delle accortezze per ammodernare il tutto e renderlo davvero un bel posticino nel centro di Arkasa

La posizione ed il panorama
Case vecchie, impianti elettrici e cucina e bagno datati almeno 30 anni. Il letto scomodo perché troppo basso, non c’è bidet e doccia con telo di plastica
