A perfect few days near the sea

The family were so accommodating and helpful. The place was so clean. The pool was a bonus as it was so hot. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to use. The room was basic but airy and the bed was comfortable. They keep the garden looking beautiful and there was plenty of parking. We were around 10 mins drive from the sea. Food was typical Veneto/Friulian cuisine. We definitely will be coming back! :)

We liked everything but just a few suggestions to make an even more comfortable stay would be: Better quality pillows for the room Glass drinking glasses in the room Coffee machine or Nescafé sachets in the room Complimentary water in the room on the first day Toiletries in the room like shower gel,shampoo and conditioner.

Lovely place in the Italian countryside

Nice place away from the tourist crowds. Conveniently close to bike routes in the area. Very good restaurant, extremely delicious food! Tasty vine from the neighbourhood vineyards. Breakfast was carefully prepared, very good coffee. The staff was kind and ready to help all the time.

Some fruits and veggies for the breakfast would be great.

Amazing place to stay! We enjoyed everything a lot. Dinner and breakfast were amazing! Once we were there we didn't want to go anywhere. A perfect place to relax. And such a shame that only for one night..

Rooms on the smaller side. Also a busy road nearby. A small complaint, and it is not too annoying but I wish it would have been a bit less noise from fast passing cars.

Gorgeous and peaceful place in the middle of the Italian countryside. The room was clean, the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly. Overall great experience!

The Wi-Fi signal in our room was very weak (and as it is in the middle of the countryside the phone signal also). It is great if you want to have a peaceful time, might be tricky if you have to work.

The place is super and peaceful. It’s a nice gateway. It’s located 10min from the main beach, away from crowded tourists. Staff is also friendly. We arrived with medium size dog and they welcomed it with literally open arms.

Useful for us as we were going to airfield every day to watch sporting event. Pleasant.

The house is old and has a lovely outside space, and an outdoor swimming pool set in lovely well kept gardens. The countryside is open and agricultural with rivers. We came at the end of the season for a sporting event at the airfield which is a 10 minute drive away so we didn't use the pool. It's a shame their own restaurant was closed as they were shutting down for winter, however they did tell us about this before we arrived. The two sisters who run the business were very helpful and friendly. The local area is fine, the best restaurant is very close, Eden, excellent food and service, though not cheap. We also tried another local restaurant and the food was awful. Caorle is close by but too touristy for us. You need to have a car. Venice is a short boat ride away and you can go straight into San Marco from Punta Sabbione.

Would have been good to have tea/coffee making equpiment in the room. Hard to find a nice reasonably priced restaurant nearby.

Eine Oase in Grünen, unweit der Küste

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Betreiber und Personal. Wir hatten ein schönes, für ein Agriturismo typisches Zimmer (mit geräumigem Bad mit Fenster) und Klimaanlage. Die Fenster waren mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Grünen mit einem herrlichen Pool, ideal wenn man nicht direkt im Trubel an der Küste sein möchte. Das italienische Frühstück war ordentlich: Schinken, Salami, Käse, Joghurt, Marmelade, Kuchen, alles sehr lecker. Sehr praktisch auch das Restaurant im Haus, falls man abends nicht mehr los möchte (es bestand die Möglichkeit für Halbpension).

Während unseres Aufenthaltes war das WLAN leider wegen einer Störung nicht nutzbar.

La atención personalizada de sus dueños (Sandra, su marido y su hijo Stefano) Realmente te sientes como si estuvieras visitando a tu familia que tiene una finca 😉. La comida es digna de Dioses 😋. La relación calidad precio es muy pero muy alta. Tiene una piscina que no es tan profunda así que te bañar sin poner tu vda en riesgo. La habitación es amplia, tiene un estilo muy a corde al sitio sin que te falte nada, sobre todo tiene un buen aire acondicionado para sobrellevar las altas temperaturas. El ambiente en la finca es de cordialidad entre los huéspedes y SANDRA quien rápidamente se aprende tu nombre y tus gustos en las bebidas, café ☕ y té 🫖☕. Volveremos eso es seguro!
