About this house rental
High season minimum rental of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
The house Ginesta is the first house of the Montgrí complex that we find when we enter the street. It is a corner house with a courtyard in front and a garden area around it. The interior access is through sliding glass doors and fully folding aluminium exterior doors to let in the light and freshness of the street.
The whole house is exterior except for the bathroom. The house has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds). The dining room and the kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar.
Additional information
The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.
Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).
Price of bed linen rental: 10€ per bed.
Towel rental (one hand towel and one bath towel): 5€ per person.
Cot rental price: Subject to availability. Free of charge.

Heel leuk huisje voor een gezin. Werden heel goed ontvangen en zelf met onze wensen werden rekening gehouden. Er waren hier en daar wat dingen versleten. Maar dit werd netjes aangeven. Voor de rest een fijn huisje.

sympa et propre mais un peu vétuste. cuisine très moyennement fonctionnelle, vaisselle insuffisante, salle d’eau avec de la faïence murale cassée en plusieurs endroits.
