Naiades Villas

It is located in the hills outside of Karistos, in the middle of nowhere in a quiet location, but still close enough to the town and the beaches. Very clean and well arranged. We thought we'd rented one of the individual houses (because it's called "villas") but it's actually 5 semi-detached houses/apartments. But that wasn't such a problem as all the other guests were nice and quiet. There is no phone signal and the wifi connection is really bad and only works sometimes. But we didn't care so much about that as we chose this accommodation for a quiet retreat. Unfortunately, it wasn't as quiet as we expected because the owners are coming there every single morning with the kids, relatives and friends, and using the property's area for about 6-7 hours a day so there is absolutely no privacy. The area is actualy in a shared use with owners, packed with cars, which we certainly didn't expect and we found it very uncomfortable and even impolite. Althought they were friendly, this was the biggest minus of the stay. We just wanted to sleep long and have long quiet mornings and brunches in the yard, and to enjoy some peace and quiet and rest as we have 3 kids at home, but this was unfortunately impossible. We were disappointed.

Κατάλυμα: Σε απόσταση 10΄, με το αυτοκίνητο, από την Κάρυστο. Πολύ ωραίος και περιποιημένος χώρος, φτιαγμένος με μεράκι. Kids friendly. Πολύ ήσυχα, μέσα στη φύση. Parking: Παρκάρισμα στην αυλή. Ιδιοκτήτρια: Εξυπηρετική, ευγενική και συνεννοήσιμη. Πρωινό: Δεν είχαμε. Δωμάτιο (Νούμερο 4): Σαν μικρό διαμέρισμα (τραπέζι, καρέκλες, καναπές, τζάκι, κουζίνα, ψυγείο, πιάτα, κουζινικά κ.ά.). Πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο, σαν καινούργιο. Ωραίο μπαλκονάκι, με τραπεζάκι και καρέκλες, φανταστική αυλή και κήποι. H ιδιοκτήτρια μας έστησε παρκοκρέβατο για το μωρό. Μας είχαν πετσέτες (αλλαγή στις 3 ημέρες), ένα μπουκάλι για σαμπουάν / αφρόλουτρο και υπήρχε θερμοσίφωνας, για ζεστό νερό. Η TV λειτουργούσε καλά, αλλά έπιανε λίγα κανάλια (νομίζω μόνο 4). Οι φωτογραφίες στην Booking είναι αντιπροσωπευτικές. Θα ξαναπήγαινα.

Δωμάτιο (Νούμερο 4): Η απλώστρα ήταν μικρή, με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να χωρέσουν όλα τα βρεγμένα ρούχα, επιστρέφοντας από τη θάλασσα. Ενδεχομένως, θα χρειαζόταν ένα πιο δυνατό Air Condition. Το Wi-fi, αν και ήταν λειτουργικό, υπήρχαν κάποιες στιγμές που έπεφτε. Επιπλέον, λόγω της τοποθεσίας και της μορφολογίας του εδάφους, δεν υπάρχει καλό σήμα (κινητής) στο χώρο, οπότε επικοινωνία γίνεται πιο εφικτή, μέσω του Wi-fi. Πρωινό: Δυστυχώς δεν διέθετε. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ ωραίος και θα ήθελα να υπάρχει αυτή η δυνατότητα.

Beautiful room, comfortable and with all the amenities. The host and her family were really kind and helpful. Great experience overall.

Rustige locatie. Fijn appartement. Vriendelijke host. Werkende airco. Luiken voor het raam dus het was donker.

We hadden helaas last van wespen. Iets waar niks aan te doen is, maar toch jammer ivm buiten zitten.
