With what I paid I had much higher expectations coming here but my expectations were not met at all. Their booking site and photos makes it look like something it is not. Did not get a room when I tried checking in because it was too early which I understand, but then when we finally got in the room it’s very hot because they didn’t even turn the AC on for us. We didn’t have a towel for the floor or conditioner for my hair. The pool looks very good in pictures but in reality is between building walls with zero air flow, it also closes at 9pm which is not convenient for Ibiza lifestyle with 9 pm sunsets. They charge 15€ for parking, but street parking is very easy. I do not recommend staying here at all, I would have preferred paying a bit more to stay at a hotel that actually deserves a 9 point average review. Instead of saving some money ended up paying a different hotel in Formentera for much less that did meet expectations.
