Nice comfy bed, quiet and decent shower

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room we had was clean and spacious. Nicely decorated although bathroom somewhat dated. Location great, short walk to Penarth high street shops.

Nothing. Only minor issue was kettle in the room was too big to fit in sink to fill up and turning the bath taps only seemed to make shower work so resorted to filling it up by pouring water into it from a glass.

Lovely, super helpful staff. Very convenient location close to station. Comfortable bed, nice linen and two comfy pillows - good nights sleep. Good natural light from large window, not overlooked. Lovely light level adjustable side lamp to complement overhead lighting level well - very comfortable. Bedside Bible nice. TV easy to use and in good position. Easy to use shower and nice towels. Pretty feature wall wallpaper. Sufficient tea ,coffee,milk supplied

(Room 15) Kettle too large to fill under tap - luckily there was a glass to decant water with. Mug better than tea cup for tea/coffee making with limited supplies perhaps..Table very scarred - some table cloth type covering or wipe clean stick on top would improve look. Part of push down toilet flush missing - internal mechanism exposed and uncomfortable on fingers to push down consequently. This is a single room, but bathroom door too tight, door knob on outside loose and no internal handle or knob to pull door closed. Inside of bathroom door has large rip holes in where it looks like hooks perhaps have been pulled off door (perhaps in trying to close the door?). A couple of redundant metal brackets on bathroom wall from something long gone increase 'tired' look. This room needs improvement to match the price point charged. Breakfast could be booked for an additional £15.
