Fantastic hotel with lovely views

The design is lovely, just like in the pictures. The hotel itself has a very relaxing vibe with great facilities. Every detail is well looked after. The beds are comfortable.

They don't have ac, so it took some time to adjust to the heat. However, it is understandable given that they offer environmentally friendly facilities.

Amazing place that I’ll continue to visit the following years

Location, staff service is amazing. Food was delicious and the rafting’s crew was very professional and pleasant. It offers a place to rest and have fun at the same time.

The restaurant’s chairs are very small and uncomfortable. The shower’s height at the bungalows is vey short.

Definitely worth the stay as a family! The kids were entertained and let us (parents) have some time off to relax :)

The property is in impeccable conditions. The gardens are lush and well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed, although a little small. The activities are well organized, fun, safe, and perfect for families with kids!

The only thing (which isn’t really the hotel’s responsibility) is that there was loud music playing from the nearby restaurants. Also, it’s super family friendly, so if you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, maybe think twice because there are kids playing in the pools and gardens.

Everything was perfect. The location at the river was amazing, the staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and the cabañas were well equipped. Also, the pool is amazing. I can highly recommend this place and I will definitely return :)

Very well maintained greenkeeping in a beautiful setting. Outdated and very small cottages but well kept. Way too expensive. But nice.

The perfect getaway - if they improve the food & drink

Lovely garden area, pool, and overall vibe. Staff helpful. Lots of adventure trip options. Dog friendly too although they charge extra. Safe for children to roam and explore. There is no real reason to leave here except…

The food. Basically only a very limited and basic buffet with no a la carte option. It’s not cheap either. And there are no other obvious options nearby. Likewise, the drinks menu is poor with no artesanal beers or quality wines. This is a serious failing considering its geographical location. Even odder knowing other Rodavento hotels have excellent food and drink….

Vacaciones de ensueño en Picanoa Rodavento.

Me gustó la calidez del personal. Las cabañas están limpias, y hermosas. Todos sus enseres de calidad. El servicio muy profesional. La alberca muy limpia. El lugar lleno de vegetación y tranquilidad. El señor Mario es el que recibe en la entrada y es una persona que sabe tratar a los visitantes. La señora Lupita de servicio al cuarto, los recepcionistas son muy amables. ¡Gracias a todos!

Las áreas verdes, lo espacioso de las instalaciones, las hamacas, las plantas, el sonido del rio y el restaurant.

La cabaña es pequeña y el acceso a las literas superiores es un poco incómodo.

Bonito lugar

Me encantó la atención del personal, todas y todos muy amables. El lugar es hermoso de día y de noche y está al lado del río.

Las cabañas son muy chiquitas y casi no queda lugar para guardar tus cosas. Si van 3 personas y una duerme en la parte de arriba, hay que tener cuidado porque la escalera es de bombero.

Su activo fijo más valioso es SU GENTE, muchas gracias por sus atenciones, por hacernos sentir parte de la familia Ricocanoa Rodavento. Infundiendo cordialidad, confianza, seguridad. Gracias a cada uno y a Miguel Hernández por su detalle de proporcionarme atención para minimizar los síntomas de la picazón causada por los Chaquistes.

No precisamente es disgusto, y no se que tan complicado sería, pero me encantaría que sus Bungalos tengan aire acondicionado.

Tranquilo, céntrico, muy acogedor pero con Chinches

El lugar en general muy bonito y acogedor, tranquilo cómodo.

Nos picaron Chinches a todos… me parece que sería recomendable la fumigación más continua. La comida NO vale la pena ahí ya que no es variada ni con antojitos locales. Luce limpio pero ahora tengo duda de si las colchas y cobertores estaban realamente desinfectados, lo cual se logra muy fácil metiéndolos a la secadora No dejándolos de clientes anteriores

Un sitio perfecto para apapacharte.

El sitio es precioso, las instalaciones super limpias y bonitas, acorde al lugar, en completa armonía con la naturaleza. El personal inmejorable todos super amables. Los masajes deliciosos :) Suficientes sitios para tumbarse a leer, descansar o jugar.

El Temazcal... la persona que en esta ocasión guió el Temazcal no fue la ideal, se la pasó gritando y sacando sus penas como "mujer luchona y dolida" nada armonioso. Los colchones son demasiado incómodos, ojalá los cambiaran.

Mucho Ruido. El hotel tennis un evento con tambores y gritos hasta las 22:00. Después hubo Fiestas y musica hasta altas horas de la Madrugada en los alrededores. Desde el hotel se escucha la música de los restaurantes alrededor
