1.ที่ตั้งดีอยู่ย่านใจกลางใกล้แหล่งร้านอาหาร แหล่ง Shopping ห้าง สามารถเดินเท้าไปได้ไม่ไกลนัก 2.ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้เดินเท้าไปได้สะดวก แต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับใกล้มากนัก 3.พนักงาน Service บริการดีถึงแม้จะพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้เลยก็ตาม 4.มีบริการฝากกระเป๋าเดินทางหลัง Check-out
1.ได้กลิ่นบุหรี่ถึงแม้จะเลือกห้องปลอดบุหรี่ถ้าใครแพ้กลิ่นบุหรี่ไม่แนะนำให้พักที่นี่ 2.กำแพงไม่เก็บเสียงได้ยินข้างห้องคุย 3.โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า 4.ที่ตั้งอยู่ในซอยไม่ได้อยู่ริมถนนใหญ่ ทางเดินจะมืดนิดหน่อย 5.สภาพภายในห้องค่อนข้างเก่า 6.วิวจากห้องพักแม้จะชั้นบน ก็มองไม่เห็นอะไรนักเพราะตึกข้าง ๆ บังหมด
