    Overall, we had a good experience staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is strategic, it's walkable to carpenter street, main bazaar, and waterfront. The hotel is overall clean. But the fridge is not in good condition (there is frozen ice inside, making our food wet). There is also some water leakages on the bidet when we turn it on. The bathroom sink tap also has some leakage, and it's quite hard to turn on the tap But overall, it's a good stay!

    1. When we arrive from entrance the bellboy was there, they did not help us to carry our bag, it is a lot but maybe we need to ask but again I travel a lot usually when the bellboy was there they automatically help us to carry our bag while us processing checkin, some also very generous they event offer us to show way to our room but not this hotel. Event when we checkout they did not offer or help us to put into car. 2. I ask frontdesk lady for a room prayer, she said upstair and must use staircase since i already checkout give card then when i go up the room was lock, must ask bellboy to unlock but the lady that i ask did not mention this hmmmmm wasting my time ans energy 3. Request for egg service, no one was there usually i travel there is always chef waiting for customer so I just ask who ever was there hmmm sometime there is no one so we have to wait until they are come 4. I really not satisfy and bad experience not event a budget hotel consider expensive with that money inshaAllah you can find another better hotel with great service
