The property is located really close to the centre of the town just 5 minutes from everything
I think they can improve the shower installing a glass box otherwise the rest was up to the standards

Quiet. Air conditioner. Location. Friendly hosts.
Breakfast minimal but hot drinks available. Exit light came on in the night, waking me up. Black hair in shower.

The studio's location is very good. It's in a quiet neighbourhood in Benitses, 5 minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and cafes of the area. Corfu centre is a 25-minute drive away. The owner was very polite. Also the price is very good considering the location, and the prices of other properties in the area and how quiet it is. Our beds were made daily for the three days that we stayed there. Also, on the plus side, good air-conditioning and fridge.
As soon as we arrived, we checked the bed sheets, and there were hairs and stains on both beds. We requested our bed sheets to be changed, but there were stains on the new set of sheets, too, although they seemed to be washed. The bathroom facilities were dated, and the shower basin was cracked. Also, the studio is in need of a good renovation. There were a lot of mosquitoes and spiders in the studio, because, although there are mosquito nets on the windows, when the cleaning lady comes in to make the beds she leaves the door open and in come the insects.

"Lovely property set in quiet surroundings at the back of the village but just a few minutes walk down to the bars and restaurants. Run by a lovely family."
