The room is in an apartment with 5 other rooms. There are 2 shared bathrooms, we were lucky and had one for ourselves. There is also a shared kitchen, with a shared fridge. Check-In and Check-Out went smoothly.
It's quite a bit outside of Cagliari, and be aware that on monday almost everything in the neighborhood is closed.

Super easy chek-in, terrific hostess. All our requirements where met. Got extra pillows and blankets. Clean and spacious svit room. Private bathroom. AC was excellent.
We had missed it was pet friendly when booked, there was a couple there at same time, unfortunately they had a big, dirty and smelly dog loose and running back and foward in the conjoined space, throwing balls indoors? The smell from the dog linguerd in hallway. Disgusting.
There was also paper thin doors into the hallway so you could hear every little sound. Same from street, traffic and noise all hours, it was overwhelming. NOT sound proof at all, bring earplugs! Wi-fi bugged and slow. And when people cooked the smell from food pushed into the room, maybe install a fan in the kitchen? Because of that lower points.
