We had a warm welcome from Pedro and the property is in a beautiful loaction with 180 degree views of the ocean. I had requested a particular sea facing room but sadly we recieved a room at the rear which was pretty small but clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were pleasant and you could eat overlooking the ocean which was lovely. A special mention to Pedro for leaving a small champagne and chocolates in our room for my birthday. That was so kind.
Our room. For the price, and the fact I had requested it, I was expecting a sea-facing room. I would've appreciated a message advising me of this as I was disapointed on arrival, particularly as it was my birthday.
Other than that, the place is beautiful. There is no beach access and be mindful of danger to life swimming in the north and potential wild weather due to the mountains. The proximity to Garachico was great. A 10 min drive. Pools at Garachico were sadly closed.

Die Lage ist fantastisch mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer, Garachico und den Teide.
Die Anlage bietet wunderbare Plätze zum Verweilen, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Durch die begrenzte Zimmeranzahl kommt man gut mit den anderen Gästen in Kontakt. Ein Ort zum Geniessen und Entspannen!

Check in is efficient and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
Terrace, garden and view are incredible.
The room was dark, small and had a really bad air quality with a weird smell. The breakfast was disappointing and there was no staff in place to help. You have to make coffee and eggs by yourself with a poor coffee machine/egg cooker.
