La Siesta Azul

Great location only a 5 minute walk onto the strip. 10 minutes to the beach. The communication was ok with Carolina but could be better, the apartment was great in some aspects as we were not far from everything. We hired a car so it was perfect for us, parking only 1 minute walk. Carolina allowed an early check in about 1 hour early in which was great also the apartment was spotless and clean, great cupboard space basic cooking facilities with a lovely sun terrace to lounge around and eat outside at. Cooking hob and microwave facilities with a few saucepans to cook with so if you're looking to prep a meal it's very basic but it was ok for us. We cooked a Bolognese and it was sufficient for this.

I asked for a kettle and was promised then fobbed off but we boiled water in the saucepan for coffee ☕ This is not a complaint as everything was great about our stay. But I did ask about the kettle and it was promised so you should keep to your word other than that we really enjoyed our stay and it would not put me off returning to stay at the property again as we loved it there

The property was in a residential area with mixed maintenance of surrounding properties but was in a great location for access to bars, restaurants, beach and bus station all being within a few minutes walk. It was clean, nicely furnished with a fantastic balcony. The host, Carol, responded well to any issues.

The facilities were good but the amenities were poor. Toaster, kettle and cleaning products were all promised on booking.com but none were available. Cooking facilities were basic - 2 ring hob and microwave - no grill or oven so cooking anything substantial was a problem and we couldn't even make a piece of toast! Also 2 very thin bath towels for a 16 night holiday was very poor. A very small investment would take this apartment from good to superb.

Bardzo duzy i piekny taras. Calkowicie nowe wyposazenie łazienki. Very large and nice taras/balcony. I liked new bathroom dacility.

The bathroom was in good condition. After I contacted the host, a cleaning lady came and was kind and helpful: she changed the sheets, provided better towels and extra toilet paper, which we appreciated. The apartment is not far from Playa Blanca

The apartment did not match the photos. The terrace looked lovely online but was dusty and poorly maintained, with old and uncomfortable furniture. Cleanliness at arrival was not acceptable (especially the bed linen), although it improved after we complained. However, the main issue is that many items are simply old, worn out or in poor condition. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, and for four nights the initial supply of towels and toilet paper was insufficient. The area was also noisier than expected, especially during the weekend. Overall, the apartment felt neglected and not good value for the price paid.
