Rita was more than helpful and welcoming. The little guide she sent was so helpful! We even booked one of the trips she suggested and loved it. We also tried every restaurant and all were amazing. But lots of other useful advice like where to find shops and essentials for your stay. Every time we had a question she was quick to reply and help out. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed every 3 days. There was some cute little touches she did too which was nice to come back to. Nowhere to hang wet clothes out to dry but she put them on a hanger by the window for us. The rooms were always cool and the lobby is immaculate. Piano is much quieter than Sorrento but we quite liked that. If you do head to Sorrento just be aware it’s €30 to get back after buses stop so I can get costly. But these rooms were perfect for us as we was out most the day. Even though they aren’t sound proof there wasn’t too much noise either. Highly recommended.

Rita was extremely helpful regarding the room as well as transport and activities around the local area. We found Piano to be a better location than Sorrento itself. The room was very updated and modern as well. Air conditioning was great. Having a fridge was also very handy.
