    This place has huge potencial but it lacks on attention to details: - the biggest line I have ever seen for check in at a hotel (not a good start) - welcome drink was served with left over granola from breakfast (yes, you were supposed to nibble on dry granola while sipping wine) - you have to walk a lot from your room to spa/pools, and pass the reception or car parking in your swimwear - staff is not well trained with basics - breakfast buffet was a circus with food running out all the time - breakfast did not have 5 star hotel food nor a egg/omelet station - gym had no air circulation (you can imagine the smell) Positives: - the spa circuit was very nice - the view is good - the shower fits 2 people - overall, the room is very comfortable
