Staff really helpful and friendly. They helped us arrange tuk tuks for local prices and even extended our check out time for no extra charge. Rooftop restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, nice back story to how it came about. Egg curry was delicious. Breakfast was served in our room for the last morning which was lovely! Room was spacious and AC worked well the whole time. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Would stay again for sure!

The staff was Exceptional. They take care of every single thing to make your stay comfortable and pleasant , always available to assist to with small needs . Centrally located hotel , all tourist places near by and tuk tuk , auto easily available just outside from hotel .
They have Roof top cafe ( Cafe Green Mama) serve very tasty food with great ambience.
Will surely recommend to friends and family and whenever I will come back to varanasi will stay in Sugar Stars inn .

The Hotel is brand new, they still renovate the reception part but it will soon become great. Rooms are very clean, nice shower pressure and hot water. There is a cafe/Restaurant on the 4th floor with a nice view of the Street life. Stuff are great, many Thanks to the owner of the coffee bar Who gifted me the best italian coffee for my travel esspresso machine🙏. All the best and hope to see you again one day!
