Superb

The one-bedroom house is brand new and has super facilities. The pool is outstanding. The whole set-up is very luxurious. The location is excellent for easy access to lots of wonderful places in Tuscany/Umbria. Pietro, the owner, lives on site and is always ready with suggestions if required.

In such a wonderful place it may seem churlish to pick out a few negative points. However, these all concern confusing or misleading information provided either before arrival or in the on-site information. Firstly, Booking Com clearly mentions a washing machine. There are in fact two on site, but not available for your direct use, and we had to get the cleaning lady to do the washing for us as a favour. The on-site info states the house and sheets will be cleaned once during a week's stay . They weren't. Finally, the info mentions a jacuzzi and Turkish bath, but these are not currently available because of Covid fears. None of these detracted much from a wonderful week, but it would be nice to avoid confusion for other future guests.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the apartments of Villa Spaccasole. The service was fantastic. Whenever we needed some help, or a recommendation for a restaurant, Piedro did everything to support us as best as possible!

Wonderful hide-away!

Villa Spaccasole is a wonderful hide-away that met and even exceed our expectations. In fact I even thought about not providing feedback, because it is so nice that I did not want to draw to much attention to it. :-) Our apartment was equipped with literally everything. We enjoyed the apartment, the private terrace and the garden with the pool. Piedro is a very kind hosts. He welcomed us and showed us everything. He also provided helpful tips and arranged a great wine tasting for us. Definitely a place to come back to.

Beautiful Tuscan villa with pool

The entire property was great, facilities, kitchen, living room, bedroom and especially the pool. Pietro welcomed us and helped us with our whereabouts and booked restaurants according to our desires. We spent most of the day visiting nearby places (Cortona, Assisi, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano) and the rest of our time on the pool. Would recommend it to anyone.

Everything was amazing - the infinity pool has a incredible view and the apartment has a lovely interior. The owner has a lot of good tips for restaurant and things to do. Absolut special was the tip for the wine tasting - it was so impressive to see the process of wine. Absolut recommended to everyone to stay in this propertie.

Chilled and relaxed, would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Hosts Pietro & Cristina were very welcoming throughout our stay. Treated us with some extras, booked restaurants on our behalf and were happy to grant us a late check-out so we could have a last day of rest and relaxation before the flight home.
