Availability of alternatine accomodation.
Staff, cleanness and facilities inside the room.
Richmond Hill Geust House. We moved to Kardinal Geust House. Too big for two people (House). Was not ready on arrival.
KARDINAL.
The parking is an issue. I will recommend that the keys are kept in a safe for the staff to move vehicles. Or have the "late arrivals" park in the street.
