It was a beautiful property in a good location.
The biggest concern was that several of the doors would not lock, which made us feel unsafe spending the night. I communicated this to the girl in charge and I didn’t get an answer back. The villa also could have been cleaner upon arrival, as it didn’t feel as well-maintained as we expected. I hope these issues are addressed because the property itself has a lot of potential and could provide a much better experience for future guests.

The location was convenient to a coupe of main wineries. The room was big and clean.
The water pressure in the shower was poor. I was told that we'd be provided with morning bread and snacks but were not. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee mugs were provided.

It was a nice, quiet area, close to the vineyards. We felt safe there. Check in was easy, the keys were left in the door for us, and the bedroom itself was clean and comfortable.
Our key for our room broke inside the door, and when we messaged the host about it, we didn’t get a response until the next day after asking them again about getting a new key. We didn’t end up getting a new key for our stay so our room was unlocked the whole time. Maintenance was supposed to come on day 2 and they never did. Our last day the host did get back to us and let us know we could move rooms for our final night.

The location is nice. It's more of a glamping area/experience. It felt secure.
The TV didn't work. The smoke detector wasn't working/battery disconnected. We were supposed to get firewood, but never got it. There weren't enough towels in the bathroom.
